This version of Movable Type was released June 24, 2026.
This release addresses issues found in Movable Type 8.8.4.
New and improved features
- Added CPAN modules to bundled extlib. These modules allow you to use SMTP OAuth without individual installation (MTC-31462)

- Fixed an issue in the Google Analytics integration where an error occurred when clicking or tapping the “Select Google Analytics Profile” button (MTC-31461)
