This is documentation about a configuration directive, which can be placed within Movable Type’s core configuration file,
mt-config.cgi, to customize the behavior of the system.
Movable Type uses an IFRAME to provide a rendered view of blog entries, pages and templates. This directive controls whether the preview screen is displayed in a separate window from the editing screen.
When this configuration directive is enabled, temporary preview files will be generated and stored within the public web root. When run-periodic-tasks is executed, these temporary preview files will be deleted automatically.
