EnableAutoRewriteOnIIS

This is documentation about a configuration directive, which can be placed within Movable Type’s core configuration file, mt-config.cgi, to customize the behavior of the system.

Controls the addition and removal of IIS compatible URL rewrite settings when enabling or disabling dynamic publishing for public profiles.

While running an environment with IIS, this causes IIS compatible URL rewrite settings to be:

• added if a public profile is changed to dynamic publishing
• deleted if dynamic publishing is turned off
