DBHost

This is documentation about a configuration directive, which can be placed within Movable Type’s core configuration file, mt-config.cgi, to customize the behavior of the system.

If database is not on the same server that runs Movable Type, you may need to specify the MySQL database server’s host name.

Advanced and typically only used in larger installations.

Examples

For the database server “mysql.sixapart.com”:
