I’m a Chinese blogger and I got this problem. When I export my current blog under MT4 and import it into MT5rc3, I was told “wide character in subroutine entry” when I publish the site(the screenshot is here: http://www.cnliufeng.com/blog/uploads/2009/11/mt5-publish-failure.png . This problem make me unable to transfer my blog into the next generation of MT.
I don’t know if this is an appropriate question to be asked in this Q & A. But this is the only thing stops me using MT5 and when this problem can be solved is the only thing I’m concerning about MT5.

Hi Feng, all questions are welcome. However because this is more of a support request, it might be better in the forums. If you post this question in the Movable Type Forums I’ll be glad to work with you to find an answer.

Thank you Beau. I’ve posted my problem to the 5.0 Beta forum.
Just don’t know why I got “permission denied” when I post on the forum using my typepad account. So I registered a new account in the forum.
