This is documentation about a configuration directive, which can be placed within Movable Type’s core configuration file, mt-config.cgi, to customize the behavior of the system.

Specifies the default timezone (in hours from UTC). This is used when logging actions that do not pertain to a specific weblog, since each weblog has its own timezone setting.
