NotifyScript

This is documentation about a configuration directive, which can be placed within Movable Type’s core configuration file, mt-config.cgi, to customize the behavior of the system.

Note: Support for this configuration directive was removed in Movable Type 5.11 as it was rendered obsolete.

Points Movable Type at the script responsible for processing new subscribers to a blog. This is often used for example to point Movable Type at a FastCGI version of the script, e.g. mt-add-notify.fcgi.
