MTVersion

This is documentation about a configuration directive, which can be placed within Movable Type’s core configuration file, mt-config.cgi, to customize the behavior of the system.

(Internal use only — Do not set in mt-config.cgi)

A value that is used to store the currently installed MT version in the database. This, along with SchemaVersion, enables the upgrade sub-system to run the upgrade script if a new version is installed.
