Lost my system admin password

I have lost my system admin password and I cannot retrieve it. When I click on the Forgot Password? link, I get an error message: Can’t call method "id" on an undefined value

Is there anyway to reset or retrieve my password? I am getting spammed like crazy and cant get in to control it.
