Need to continually reset password to log in

I cannot log in to Moveable Type. When I go to the log in page, it keeps coming up with “invalid username or password.” But when I go to recover password and reset it to the same as it was, it logs me right in. I check the spelling of my username, everything seems ok. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong!!! HELP!!!!
